Lake Kaltern is well known as being the warmest Alpine lake and it is possible to swim in the water from May to October. The well kept hiking and bike paths are the love of all nature fans. Take advantage of the various activities offered by the Tourist Office in the surrounding area. The area is ideal for day trips to places such as the Dolomites, Meran, Bozen, Lake Garda, Verona or Venice to name but a few.
