Binding reservations are possible for a stay of at least 5 nights and require a lead time of at least 10 days, as they are only possible in writing and with a deposit (via e-mail or via our enquiry form on our homepage).
Reservations can only be made for parceled pitches. We cannot make reservations for the tent meadow.
Booking option: You will usually receive an answer to your enquiry within 24 hours. If available, you will receive a booking option from us by e-mail, which will remain valid for 5 days.
Confirmation: With the correct payment of the deposit (100,00 €) within these 5 days (instructions by e-mail with the reservation option) the reservation becomes valid. After receipt of the deposit, you will receive a written confirmation from us.
The deposit will be deducted from the invoice amount at the end of your stay.
If you are travelling spontaneously, we generally recommend arriving earlier in the day.
Dogs are only permitted to a limited extent (maximum 1 dog per pitch). Dogs must be kept on a lead at the campsite and have no access to the bathing jetty or lake.
Check-in: The booked pitch is available for you from 12.00 noon and will be kept free for you until 6.00 pm. If there are any delays on arrival, please let us know. Check-In is possible until 10pm.
Check-Out: Departure must be within 12.00 noon. We kindly ask you to settle your bill the evening before or on the day of departure before 11.00 am. After 12.00 noon an additional night will be charged.
Cancellation: We kindly ask you to inform us of any cancellation in writing. If you cancel 30 days or more before the start of your holiday, we will refund the deposit minus a processing fee of 5,00 €. For cancellations less than 30 days and up to 7 days before arrival, we will refund the deposit minus a processing fee of 20,00 €. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
Early departure: The booked nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.
The access to our own bathing jetty is free and for registered Camping Guests only.
