Cancellation: We kindly ask you to inform us of any cancellation in writing. If you cancel 30 days or more before the start of your holiday, we will refund the deposit in full. For cancellations less than 30 days and up to 7 days before arrival, we will refund the deposit minus a processing fee of 20.00 €. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
If you depart early, the booked nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.

If you pay the deposit by bank transfer, please state your full name and the reservation number.
