Cancellation: We kindly ask you to inform us of any cancellation in writing.
If you cancel 30 days or more before the start of your holiday, we will refund the deposit minus a processing fee of 5,00 €. For cancellations less than 30 days and up to 7 days before arrival, we will refund the deposit minus a processing fee of 20,00 €. In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
If you depart early, the booked nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.

If you pay the deposit by bank transfer, please state the reservation number.
