Booking Information

In addition to a spontaneous arrival, we also offer the possibility of a binding booking for our camping pitches with a deposit of 100,00 €. To ensure a smooth process and to avoid misunderstandings, please note the following rules and conditions. 

Basics of a reservation:
Minimum stay: Binding reservations are made for a minimum stay of 5 nights. 
Groups: We do not accept group reservations for more than one pitch.
Meadow: Reservations can only be made in the designated/numbered area. The meadow is not bookable.
Lead time: For a binding reservation we need a lead time of at least 8 days.
Pitch requests: We always try to satisfy the booking wishes of our guests. However, we cannot guarantee specific pitch numbers.
Dogs: Our campsite admits a limited number of dogs. The dog must be kept on a leash and the entering on the pier/lake is prohibited. 
Spontaneous arrival: Since many of our guests still travel spontaneously, we never reserve 100% of our pitches. In case of a spontaneous travel, we generally recommend an early arrival.

First steps for a booking:
Request: Binding reservations can only be made written. Please use the reservation request form on our website or simply write us an e-mail.
Booking option: You will get an answer within 48 hours. At best, you will get a positive answer from us, with a booking option, valid for 5 days.
Confirmation:  After the payment of the deposit (100,00 €) within 5 days (instructions will follow by e-mail with the booking option), the reservation becomes valid and you will NOT receive any further confirmation from us. 
The deposit will be deducted from the invoice amount at the end of the stay.

After a successfull booking:
Arrival:    At your arrival the booked pitch will be available from 12 pm and will be kept free for you until 6 pm. If you delay in arrival, please call us. 
Departure:    On the departure day, the pitch should be cleared within 12 pm. After 12 pm we feel free to charge one more night.
No show:   In case of no show, we will retain the deposit.
Early departure:   The booked nights will be charged.
Cancellation: The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal: 
Cancellations must be communicated in written.
Cancellation conditions:
•    For a cancellation received at least 30 days before arrival date, the campsite will refund the amount paid minus a processing fee of € 20.00
•    For a cancellation received less than 30 days before arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
